Many people haven’t found their purpose. They are in school because that is the norm. They are in Church because they were told when they go to church their sins will always be forgiven and have eternity.
They are working under people and for people and pretend to be content because they don’t want to take the risk of building their dreams. They want to play safe. A lot of them are in the wrong professional cause. Well, when they didn’t know what to do next someone recommended they get this or that profession.
Imagine living life by people’s recommendation and opinions. It’s a sad issue.
Let me tell you something. I have thought of the few people who used their talents found their purpose and Chase their dreams.
They are the people we call stars, legends and heroes. In fact, they are because at the time when everybody was afraid to, they dared to step into the spotlight and make a difference…Sir Charles Arden Clarke, Lord Listowel, Sir Charles McCarthy, Sir Isaac Newton, Archimedes, Abraham Lincoln, Baron De Montesquieu, Lord Listowel, Winston Churchill, Mahatma Gandhi, Dr Kwame Nkrumah, George Bernard Shaw, Kwadwo Nkansah, Asare Konadu, William Esuman-Gwira Sekyi (better known as Kobina Sekyi), Sarkodie, etc are people or were people just like you and me.
But the reason why the world will not forget these people is that that was what they were meant to come on this Earth to do. My dear friends, brothers and sisters, you can never go far without following your passion. It’s your vibe; something everyone knows you for. Something you can spend the whole day doing. Something you can talk about zealously. Something you are unique at. You know something is your passion if you can do it best than any other thing. Once you start pursuing your passion, you have found your purpose.
God has planned and programmed our lives uniquely; let us not follow the crowd and copy blindly. Know your purpose, make good use of your talent by identifying and developing your potential and building your passion.
