Amenfiman Rural Bank Limited, one of the leading Rural Banks in Ghana was the first Rural Bank established in the Western Region and the fourth in Ghana in 1980 to provide essential banking services to rural and peri-urban communities. The bank was incorporated under Ghana Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) and received its certificate to commence business in May 1980 and also licensed under the Banking Act 2004 (673) to engage in the ordinary business of banking.
The bank has set a hallmark for itself with its quick service and good customer relations. This has culminated in many awards for the bank.
On 15th May 2021, the bank launched its 40th anniversary and climax it with different activities such as clean up exercise, staff football, community Football Gala, quiz competition, among others.

Since customers are the bank anchors, Amenfiman Rural Bank decided to show appreciation by celebrating its cherished customers in October 2021, with the theme, “the power of service”.
Whoever visited any of Amenfiman banking halls this week met a different working milieu. It was all about building trust and rapport between the bank and its customers.
A lot of activities were scheduled to happen between 4th and 8th October 2021.
Schedule
Day 1: Rep what our customers do. The focus was on Banker-customer-relationship.
Day 2: A touch of gold, Green or Blue. The focus was looking for your paymaster( customer).
Day 3: Rep your jersey. The focus was on the importance of customer feedback.
Day 4: Old school. The focus was on making an exceptional customer experience real.
Day 5. Rep AMERB @ 40. The focus was celebrating customers in thanksgiving to God.
