Broadcast journalist and morning show host for Metro TV good morning Ghana show, Dr Randy Abby brilliantly replied CEO of Danquah Institute, Richard Ahiagba after saying that the United Nations is the sponsor of LGBTQI+ and no country can stop it.
He said that the United Nations may sponsor the LGBTQI+ but that does not mean that they have tie all governments arms into one box. Randy Abbey brilliantly told Richard Ahiagba that countries can vote against any decisions that UN may introduced about LGBTQ.
Randy Abbey explained that UN cannot tie all governments arms into one box on LGBTQI+ as Richard Ahiagba is trying to tell the general public for nations like Arabs are not ready to do that and fumes at him.
“I disagree with you on what you’re saying. The United Nations may sponsor the LGBTQI+ but you’re trying to find some excuses to support government on LGBTQ issue in the country. Countries can vote against UN decisions and that cannot make those countries leave UN because its majority that carry the day if they vote on such issues. Do you think the UN secretary general will go and say what he said in US some years ago about Gay rights in Asia? The Arabians won’t accept that so stop what you’re saying” Randy Abby Boldly tells Richard Ahiagba on the show.
