Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., born 17 October 1984 is a Ghanaian reggae-dancehall artist. He is known by his stage name Shatta Wale, formerly Bandana.

The Dancehall King hitmaker and Medikal stormed Samreboi Samartex park on 18th December 2021 to perform the “Deeper Than Blood Concert”.

Before moving to Samreboi to thrill his fans, he went to Ahobraseye Radio Station to reveal himself to the general public and also discuss pertinent issues concerning his music and the development of Ghana.

Midway through the interview, the host, MC Bobby Zaro pleaded with him to use his loud voice to inform the leaders to address poor roads which is a major challenge bedevilling Amenfi West.

Shatta Wale responding to MC Bobby Zaro said the leaders should channel the same energy they use during elections to move from villages to villages, towns to towns, and cities to cities in addressing the numerous challenges facing many communities. He further added that if things don’t change, then the country needs a youth president.

He is expecting the leaders to take quick action in constructing better roads in Asankrangwa and its environs. Shatta Wale says if things don’t change, he will make sure he puts the challenges facing Asankrangwa and its environs in his next song.
