Ashanti Region’s Sarfoa has won Ghana Most Beautiful 2021.

After weeks of thrilling performances, Sarfoa has been crowned the Queen of Ghana Most Beautiful 2021.

TV3 first live performance for  Ghana Most Beautiful (GMB) 2021 commenced on 18 July 2021 with 16 contestants from each of the regions in Ghana. However, in the subsequent weeks, some of the contestants were evicted as a result of low votes coupled with performances.

Six contestants defied all odds to reach the grand finale. It was representatives of the Western Region’s Manu, Ashanti Region’s Sarfoa, Upper East Region’s Wedaga, Volta Region’s Setor, Oti Region’s Akosua and Mfodwo of the Bono Region.

3rd October 2021 was the grand finale, and the six contestants were eager for the crown, car and cash, so they came with extraordinary energy and electrifying performances.

The first contestant to step on stage was Manu. Manu talked about her project-awareness creation against security threats.


Akosua from the Oti region talked about her mentoring intervention project aimed at reducing teenage pregnancy in her region.

Upper East’s Wedaga passionately delivered on her project, reproductive health education and curbing the menace of teenage pregnancy.

Volta Region’s Setor talked about the mental health awareness project; the Dr Setor Mental Health awareness campaign.

Bono Region representative, Mfodwo enlightened the audience on Mfodwo Hope City Foundation, a foundation to support orphans.

From the Ashanti region, Sarfoa passionately presented her project; Agenda Briff-the prisons project.
